This exciting role will suit a candidate with the confidence and zeal to build collaboration with and work alongside migrants, refugees, community organisations of diverse backgrounds, activists lawyers, and other key stakeholders to advance the rights of all migrants.
The role will include training and supporting migrant leaders to advocate for their concerns and needs, and be their own agents for change.
The successful candidate will have a track record in community engagement, building relationships and project coordination, as well as, organisational and interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a full and varied workload.
They will be alert to the issues affecting London’s migrant, refugee and Black and Minority Ethnic communities.
The charity is looking for exceptional candidates with:
- Commitment to upholding and advancing the rights of all migrants
- Real vision as to how this can be done in the current political, social and economic climate at a UK and regional, local level
- Readiness to work with all groups and individuals who support the MRN mission, values and vision
The salary will be in the order of £32,250 per annum pro rata. In addition, MRN contributes 6% of salary to pensions.
