We are currently looking for:
We are seeking a Policy Manager to take the lead in our policy engagement, who shares our passion for creating a just society for all migrants. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in contributing to national policies that affect migrant communities. You will work on both long-term policy analysis and research, as well as fast-moving reactive work.
This post is an integral role for MRN, and will suit a candidate that has strong experience in working with parliamentarians, as well as someone with a keen motivation for migrant and refugee communities to be involved in the influencing process. They will have a robust understanding of how Parliament works, and how to engage influencers to advocate for change.
The charity is looking for exceptional candidates with a:
- Commitment to upholding the rights of all migrants
- Real vision as to how this can be done in the current political, social and economic climate of the UK
- Readiness to commit to MRN’s vision and values
The salary will be £35,745 per year, or pro-rata dependent on contracted hours. In addition, MRN contributes up to 6% of salary to pensions.
