Event: Supporting Undocumented Migrants & Workers in a Hostile Environment

Grenfell, the Windrush Scandal, and recent political comments about an amnesty for undocumented migrants has brought to public attention the plight of those living in Britain without adequate legal documentation. Most of these undocumented migrants have been left without the ability to work, study, rent, marry, receive healthcare or open a bank account – all the while living in fear of immigration raids, detention and deportation.

Come hear from organisers of undocumented movements, from the US, Europe and Britain about how to support undocumented migrants and workers, and how we can build a movement to call for an amnesty and immigration policies that enable undocumented people to come forward without fear.
