We dedicate this International Women’s Day to all the women who are forgotten and silenced. From the women in Palestine resisting genocide, to the women fighting for freedom in Congo and Sudan, from the migrant women fighting against the Kafala system, to the trans women resisting gentrification and rainbow capitalism, from the women mobilising against imperialism, to the women lost to femicide, from the working women across the world, to the women trafficked and murdered all over the world. International Women’s Day is for these women.
On this day, we must remember women can never be free under racist, capitalist and colonial systems. Women’s liberation can only come when we abolish all oppressive systems of domination and control.
