London – film screening

For Refugee Week, Hackney Stand Up To Racism is hosting a showing of the award winning film ‘Calais Children: A Case to Answer’.

Calais Children is a film and live campaign by Sue Clayton. It is a compelling 62-minute film following the scandal of what happened to the almost 2000 lone children who were in the Calais Jungle as it burned down last year – most of whom had a legal case to be in the UK. There will also be a question and answer session afterwards with the director, Sue Clayton.

Date: Sunday 24th June 2018

Time: 1pm-3pm

Location: The Rio Cinema, Kingsland High Street, E8 2PB

Tickets £6.00: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/calais-children-a-case-to-answer-tickets-46264317820?utm-medium=discovery&utm-campaign=social&utm-content=attendeeshare&aff=estw&utm-source=tw&utm-term=listing
