Free training courses for disadvantaged Eastern Europeans

The Eastern European Resource Centre are starting a series of free courses for disadvantaged Eastern Europeans to help them back into employment.

The first one is “Introduction to care“. The course is 2 days long and it will cover:

  • Careers in Care (job roles, entry requirements, skills required and basic job info e.g. salary, hours, environments etc.)
  • Qualifications and Career progression
  • Courses and funding
  • Where to look for care jobs.
  • CV tips and advice & CV writing (they will leave with a new CV, ready to apply for jobs)

23 May 10 – 14:30 (1/2 h break)at East European Resource Centre  (Room 18-19 238 – 246 King Street (POSK building) London W6 0RF

25 May – 10-14 (1/2 h break) UPG, Masbro Centre, 87 Masbro Rd, Hammersmith, London W14 0LR

Eligibility: Long term unemployed people (minimum 12 months)
