The Eastern European Resource Centre are starting a series of free courses for disadvantaged Eastern Europeans to help them back into employment.
The first one is “Introduction to care“. The course is 2 days long and it will cover:
- Careers in Care (job roles, entry requirements, skills required and basic job info e.g. salary, hours, environments etc.)
- Qualifications and Career progression
- Courses and funding
- Where to look for care jobs.
- CV tips and advice & CV writing (they will leave with a new CV, ready to apply for jobs)
