This is an opportunity to join MRN as it embarks on a unique partnership with a range of partners to develop a BME Women’s Hub. The role of the Project Manager will be to oversee and coordinate MRN’s role, including user engagement, supporting a steering group to inform service delivery, and to deliver a leadership programme for women outside of London.
The post-holder will have responsibility to oversee and coordinate the delivery of MRN’s role in the BME Women’s Hub Service, which is being led by ARHAG Housing Association, in conjunction with other partners.
MRN’s role will be to empower and support migrant and BME women through a Leadership Programme with a focus on civic participation and community organising, delivered nationally in 3 cities outside London.
The Project Manager will also work with the partners delivering services to BME and migrant women to gather feedback from individuals and through the coordination of a steering group offering continual evaluation of service delivery and improvements to be made to the services.

Tasks will include:
To project manage and deliver MRN’s objectives in the BME Women Hub partnership.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all the organisations within the BME Women’s Hub, including developing pathways
To manage the user feedback and evaluation of service delivery on behalf of the BME Women’s Hub
Developing a Leadership Programme for BME and migrant women in three locations outside of London. Identify and in conjunction with local migrant, BME, community organisations, and housing associations
To map the needs and resources in the three locations outside of London
To lead and coordinate the women’s steering group on behalf of the BME Women’s Hub to inform service delivery
Managing on a daily basis the project budget and reporting requirements
Ongoing monitoring and evaluation, collecting available data evidencing outcomes and reporting it back to the Partnership. Producing regular updates and periodic reports for management and the Partnership
To support and line manage an internship role
To assist with other tasks to support MRN’s activities, as deemed necessary by Line Management
