MRN Director writes to Junior Health Minister to protest rules on migrants and NHS debt

MRN Director Don Flynn has written to Anne Milton MP, Parliamentary Under-Secretary for Public Health, regarding new rules requiring the UKBA to refuse an application for leave to enter or remain in the UK to any person subject to control under the Immigration Act who is regarded as having an NHS debt of £1000 or more.
